• Part time, 10/12 hours per week (flexible)

The opportunity   
A rewarding opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Officer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Officer to support the organisation as a whole, this role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the charities finances, processing and providing timely and accurate financial information, administering payroll using the Quickbooks system and ensuring the charities financial management is legally compliant and effective.

The ideal person  
You will be a good communicator, well organised, self-motivated and an experienced finance officer (either fully or part qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA).

You will have a working understanding of accrual and cash flow accounting, excellent people skills, be able to think quickly, stay calm under pressure, prioritise work and make decisions independently. You will have a good understanding of how to manage your own workload and enjoy working as part of a team. A good attitude to hard work, problem solving skills and being able to work autonomously are a must.
