We are looking to expand our team and have the following role available:
Lead Advice Service Manager (Romsey)
Salary £26k-£29k depending on experience
Hours per week: 33 hours per week
We are looking for a confident, friendly, organised person to undertake the role of ASM (Advice Service Manager) working with a team of volunteers who are delivering our service to clients via a number of channels. You would be the responsible person supporting and supervising volunteers as well as being part of the management team of the organisation.
This role supports the team across the whole of Test Valley (Romsey & Andover offices and home working). Whilst we place a high priority on maintaining a ‘one organisation’ approach, this role has a base in the Romsey office with some travel between offices being essential.
For this reason, we are looking for a forward-thinking team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and the creativity needed to ensure our volunteers continue to receive high-quality support, wherever they are based.
We are looking for someone who has:
- excellent communication and organisation skills,
- competent I.T. user
- a flexible, positive, team-focussed approach
- management experience or an involvement in a public-facing/advice sector.
Location: Test Valley area (Romsey)
